Studio Muratori is a family story — one built on craftsmanship, connection, and time.

It began online in 2006, when Ruta started selling carefully selected outlet garments on eBay. Her instinct for quality and timeless design grew into something lasting. In 2012, she opened her first boutique in Stade, Germany. That same year, her sister Sonia opened her own store in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, England, after 4 years of running her own eBay shop.

Separated by distance but united by the same vision, they spent the next decade traveling through Italy, France, and Denmark, meeting artisans and discovering fabrics that embodied longevity and integrity. Their shared philosophy was simple: everyone should be able to afford lasting fashion.

In 2025, together with their children — Julia, Sara, and Konrad — they founded Studio Muratori. A family project that bridges two generations, uniting experience and innovation, tradition and design.

Each piece is crafted in Italy from 100% cashmere, cashmere blends, mohair, or fine wool, made in close collaboration with selected producers who share our values of sustainability and quality.

Our family’s mission is to make sustainable investments in conscious fashion affordable. We believe in fewer, better things — clothing that carries warmth, intention, and story.
